How to book and make a reservation at the Congress-Palace-Palma
The Congress-Palace Palma at the Pueblo Español offers function spaces for conferences, events, incentives and catering for all the occasions.
How can I organise an event at the Pueblo Español?
Once you have decided which date is the most appropriate, please call us and let us know your needs for the function spaces and catering.
Every event is a world in its own. For this reason we need you to provide us with as much information as you can about the event you would like us to organise, so that we can offer you the best possible service.
When calling please let us know the date/s, number of guests, length of the event and needs for the set up.
What is a pre-booking and how long does it work?
The sales department will make a pre-booking for your event with a 15 days option of purchase before the confirmation.
If there is already a booking for the preferred dates, your booking will be placed on a second option and the sales department will give you the best possible alternative within the closest date on the calendar.
Is it a must to visit the facilities and talk directly to the sales person?
We recommend a visit the facilities, but it is not in absolutely necessary. If for any reason you can not pay us a visit, we can offer you photographs and charts of all function rooms as well as all capacities and the characteristics of all set ups.
We are at your entire disposal.
If you do not feel at ease organising an event by yourself you can always contract your event through an agency.
Our prices remain the same whether you book directly or through an agency and you receive the experience of dedicated professionals.

We will send your quantified proposal by fax or email within 48 hours of receipt of your petition.

Additionally to the function rooms and the catering, the Congress-Palace-Palma of the Pueblo Español has official suppliers for audiovisual equipment and hostesses together with a complete list of services that can help you out with putting together the perfect event in all situations. Do not hesitate to request our list of additional services, as it can assist you with many issues related to the organisation of your event and give it the special touch you are looking for.

Deposits and payments
To confirm your reservation it is a must to ahere to the dates in your option of purchase and secondly, to make a deposit according to your contract. You must also adhere to the payment dates in this document.
Closing of the event
An event with more than 100 guests must be booked at least 15 days in advance. An event of up to 100 guests must be booked at least 1 week prior to the event. Do not forget that we work made to measure and every event is a special and personalised service.
